We are here to help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be! WAM Personal Trainers and fitness professionals are available to help you learn, grow and push you to be your best self. Our Personal Trainers are available for weight room orientations, fitness assessments, as well as one on one, buddy, or small group training sessions. Our team of fitness professionals will help you use our facilities with your personal health, safety and fitness goals in mind.


Looking for community based programming? We also offer a large variety of group classes which aim to inspire, motivate and instill comradery. Our group classes include Barre, Yoga, Spin, Cardio Interval, TRX, Circuit Training, plus many more options. Our assortment of classes offers our members an array of beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness, insuring a great workout for all levels of athletes.
