We aim to help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be. Our Personal Trainers are available to help you learn, grow and push you to be your best self. We offer large and small group classes which aim to inspire, motivate and instill community. We offer a variety of classes including Barre, Yoga, Spin, Cardio Mix, HITT, Muscle Pump, and many more. We offer our members an array of beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness. The club’s Personal Trainers are available for Fitness Assessments and Personal Training in addition to weight room orientations. The orientation will help you use our facilities with your personal health, safety and fitness goals in mind.
