​MASSAGE THERAPIST, LMT

Location: West Hills + Mountain Park

 

Position Summary

West Hills and Mountain Park Racquet and Fitness Clubs are adding a massage therapist to our wellness team! We offer two beautifully remolded spaces, with flexible hours, and a small but established clientele. You must be an engaged licensed professional who excels in providing superior services that will exceed our member’s expectations. Customer service experience and team work is a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promotes massages business with articles in the newsletter

  • Determines discounts at certain times of the year

  • Offers special gift certificates

  • Maintains massage schedule at the front desk and keeps current

  • Discusses with supervisor price changes and promotions

  • Turns member charges into the bookkeeper daily

  • Completes cash payment for massages at the Service Desk

  • Maintains knowledge of club activities

  • Provides own linens and oils

  • Complies with all policies and procedures set forth by North Pacific Management employee guidebook

 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Position requires minimum of  375 hours of massage therapist training.  (Must acquire a license through both a written and practical Oregon State Massage Board examination.)  Other requirements include:

 

  • Ability to handle many tasks at one time and work well under pressure

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to read and follow both verbal and written instruction

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times

  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision

SERVICE DESK ASSOCIATE

Location: Both Clubs

 

Position Summary

Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests by performing the following duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and assist caller or forward to appropriate personnel or department.

  • Make complete and accurate tennis court reservations for members and their guests; record cancellations and applicable fees.

  • Maintain current knowledge of all property programs and amenities to educate, assist, up-sell, and register members and prospective members.

  • Welcome and check-in members, guests, visitors, vendors, and suppliers upon arrival to property.

  • Take payments for services and products; keep accurate tills or record any discrepancies.

  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as cleaning, filing, communicating, and mailing.

  • Ensure Service Desk, Lobby and entry ways are kept clean. Relay any other requests for cleaning or repair to appropriate departments.

  • Keep work area neat and organized.

  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.

  • Maintain a safe working environment and immediately report all unsafe conditions.

  • Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.

  • Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software.

  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Current or ability to attain CPR certification and OLCC permit.

Facilities Custodian

Location: Mountain Park Racquet & Fitness Club

 

Position Summary

Keep property in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways, common spaces, and offices. Remove all trash and debris.

  • Ensure specified supplies/items are fully stocked and in acceptable condition.

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Keep storage areas neat and organized.

  • Perform specified pool/spa maintenance and cleaning if applicable.

  • Maintain, clean, and inspect patio and picnic area furniture; report items in need of repair.

  • Notify management concerning need for major repairs or any potential safety hazards.

  • Clear snow and ice from sidewalks.

  • Control yellow jackets and other pests and insects.

  • Assist supervisor and other departments with special maintenance projects as requested.

  • Greet all guests encountered in warm, friendly, and professional manner
