Group fitness offers accountability, encouragement, determination and camaraderie leading to better achievement of your goals and overall well-being. We offer our members an array of beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness.
Whether you are perfecting your technique in one of our basic classes, or trying your hand at something new, you will find the perfect class that will recharge your fitness routine and take your fitness to the next level! Our group fitness team is made up of highly trained and qualified professionals who are nationally certified.

A high intensity, non- impact cardiovascular workout. 45 minutes of cycling, includes warm-up and cool down.

Circuit synergy will have various exercise stations set up allowing you to work to your own ability. All muscle groups will be included improving overall strength and cardiovascular health. This class is great for all athletes.
The principals of pilates - focus on flexibility, balance, core strength and breathing. Uses body weights accompanied by exercise equipment.

Spin, Strength, Stretch. (Morning class 1.25) Begin class with 30 mins of spinning, 30 min of weight training and end class with 15 min of yoga stretches. (Evening class 60 min) 30 mins of spinning, 20 min of weight training, 10 min of stretch.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
