LIL' ATHLETE ZONE

Our Lil’ Athlete Zone provides a fun, active, nurturing & educational environment for our smallest members, ages 3 months to 6 years old. We provide a safe space for your child to run and play so you can focus on your fitness goals. Let us wear them out while you work out! Each provider is CPR certified. All providers have course work in early childhood education and/or extensive experience in working with children of all ages.

​Reservations
To assure the appropriate supervisor to child ratio, we operate on a reservation system. 
Reservations can be made by calling the reservation line at (503) 646-4106 ext. 6889 or email lilathletezone@wamclubs.com

When making a reservation, please indicate the following:

  1. Child's name & age

  2. Membership number

  3. Reservation time ( in & out)

  4. Phone Number

 

If reservation was made on the “reservation line”, wait for confirmation from the provider. If you haven't retrieved a return call, we were unable to retrieve your message please call again.


​*Reservations need to be made by 7 pm the evening prior to the day requested. 
*Drop ins will be accommodated based on a space availability.

​Fees (max. 2 hour stay, fees are per child)
1 hour ........... $3.50 

1.5 hours ...... $5.25

2 hours ......... $7
 

Guest fee per hour ....... $7

(Guest fees will be paid at the front desk at the time of departure)

Late Cancellation (with less than 2 hours notice) .... $3

No shows will be charged as a reservation

  • A provider will check for message each evening after 7 pm.

  • Reservations are held for 10 minutes. If there are no other children in the zone, staff is permitted to leave.

  • Lil’ Athlete Zone will not be staffed if there are no reservations scheduled.

  • Cancellations need to be made 2 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation fee of $3

  • Bring children in earlier than 10 minutes for their reservations time constitutes an early arrival and will be charged an additional $3

  • A late pick-up fee of $4 will be applied for children not picked up within 10 minutes of reservation time.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late for a reservation constitutes a late arrival–a late fee of $3 will be assessed.

  • Children 3 months to 6 years of age are eligible for Lil’ Athlete Zone .

  • Reservations are not to exceed 2 hours.

  • The number of non-walking children is limited based upon the total number of reservations and providers.

  • Parents or guardian must remain on premises.

  • Toys, art and crafts projects, and games are provided for your children.

  • You may bring your child a drink in a spill proof cup and a snack such as crackers, cookies, or pretzels—Items that are easily vacuumed. Please no “messy” food (pudding, yogurt) or foods that are considered choking hazards (apple, carrots, popcorn). Due to like threatening allergies, please no peanut products! Lil’ Athlete Zone providers are happy to feed a bottle, however please feed them baby food ahead of time.

In respect for other members, their children, and for Lil’ Athlete Zone staff, please remember not to bring your children to the Zone when any of the following conditions exist:

  • Fever or swollen glads

  • Cold

  • Runny nose

  • Diarrhea or vomiting 24 hour period

  • Sore throat

  • Constant cough

  • Rash or skin eruption

  • Listless/lethargic 

  • Eye discharge

  • Missing school due to illness

 

Lil’ Athlete Zone has the right to refuse service to children with the above symptoms and/or conditions. If your child contracts an infection disease and you have used our facility recently, please contact our Zone staff so that parents of exposed children can be notified. Children are asked to wear socks and/or shoes at all times while being in the Zone. If a child is wearing sandals, socks are still recommended.
